Blending farm-fresh cuisine with beautiful, natural surroundings, Polo Bar & Grill is opening on the grounds of Polo West Golf and Equestrian Club.
The new restaurant is set to launch on Nov. 9 on the Wellington public golf course.
Polo Bar & Grill’s menu will feature plates with a California, west coast twist and will be made with locally sourced ingredients and vendors chosen by quality and proximity to the restaurant. Most vegetables and organic products will be brought over from Swank Farms, which is less than 10 miles away from the restaurant. Everything will be a la carte and prepared daily, and the menu is driven by what’s local, available and at peak bloom.
Menu items include wild caught sea bass, curry chicken wontons, wild mushroom blue cheese flatbread and dry-aged rib-eye steak. The restaurant will also host Sunday Patio Brunch every Sunday featuring a brunch spread, unlimited mimosas and live performances from local musicians.
